The Agafay sunset jeep safari costs from €100 per person — a private 4×4 out of Marrakech past Lalla Takerkoust’s lake, then off the tarmac across a route most visitors never see: empty plateaus, dry canyons, the stone desert doing its Sahara impression 40 minutes from the city. A camel ride along the ridgelines follows, then mint tea in a nomad family’s tent as the sun drops behind the Atlas, and the headlit drive home. Vehicle, driver, camel handler and the tea stop are all included, and the departure is private to your party — the afternoon is built around the actual sunset hour, set daily. It is the Agafay for travellers who want the drive itself to be half the adventure: more remote than the camp-row circuits, with the off-road section as the signature. Written confirmation within the hour on WhatsApp.

Maximum 4 travellers per 4×4 — the machine sets the limit, and the emptiness is the product: this is the crowd-free route. Prefer the simple sunset ritual without the off-road? Afternoon → sunset, departing on the dates you choose — there is no fixed schedule, because every departure is arranged for you alone.
Fully private: your own vehicle, driver and licensed guide, never seat-in-coach and never mixed with other travellers. The daily pace flexes around you.
A rolling stone desert of pale, moon-like hills half an hour south-west of Marrakech — no great sand dunes, but genuine desert scenery with the snow line of the High Atlas as its backdrop. It has become the city's favourite evening escape, and ours: sunset here costs forty minutes, not four hundred kilometres.
Different products for different budgets of time. The Sahara (Erg Chebbi or Zagora) is the real sand sea and needs two to four days; the Agafay delivers a desert evening — camel ride, camp dinner, sunset over stone hills — inside a single Marrakech day. Many travellers sensibly do both.
Sunset camel rides, quad-biking sessions, camp dinners under lanterns with music, overnight stays at luxury camps, and increasingly yoga and stargazing evenings. Our Agafay excursions run daily from Marrakech with riad pickup included.
Yes — the camps range from simple to seriously luxurious (private bathrooms, plunge pools, chef dinners). An Agafay night is the desert-camp experience without the long drive, which makes it perfect for tight schedules and special evenings; our Magic in Morocco route uses exactly that card.
