Private departures only — never in a group

The 13-day Grand Luxury Morocco tour costs from $16900 per person — the flagship: luxury or boutique houses at every single stop, seven privately guided days, and two Sahara nights instead of one. The arc runs Rabat, Chefchaouen with a local guide, a full Fes tannery day, a boutique hotel at the Erg Chebbi dunes with sunset by camel or 4×4, a full desert day among Merzouga’s villages and seasonal lakes, the Todra Gorge with a naturalist guide, the Skoura oasis, Aït Benhaddou and a High Atlas lodge, the 12th-century Tinmal Mosque, Essaouira — and a three-night Marrakech finale so the country ends in depth rather than in a suitcase. Every free half-day is deliberate; this is a grand tour that refuses to feel like one. Written quote, each property named, within the hour on WhatsApp.

Grand tours fail in two ways: they rush, or they blur. This one does neither. The blue north and the golden south each get their due weight; the desert gets a second night — the difference between seeing Erg Chebbi and knowing it — with a full day among Merzouga’s villages and lakes; and the itinerary ends with three nights in one city, so Morocco’s grand finale is lived rather than packed. The guiding is the other luxury: Rabat, Chefchaouen, Fes, the desert, the Todra, Aït Benhaddou and Marrakech each come with their own specialist.

Where it sits: this is the flagship of our luxury range — above the 8-day City to Desert and the 9-day VIP in both scope and tier. Travellers with fifteen days who want the Atlantic coast as well should compare the 15-day Luxury grand tour.

Good to know

Thirteen days is the full canvas: the blue north and the golden south, two desert nights instead of one, and a finish of three Marrakech nights so the trip ends in depth rather than in a suitcase. The price reflects the hotel tier — luxury or boutique at every stop, no exceptions — and the guiding density: seven privately guided days. Every free half-day is deliberate; this is a grand tour that refuses to feel like one.

Questions travellers ask

How much does Grand Luxury Morocco Tour – 13 Days: Ancient Cities & Expansive Deserts cost?+

From $16900 per person, per person. The price includes private luxury vehicle with english/french-speaking driver-guide — 13 days, pickup at rabat airport, drop-off at marrakech menara airport, night 1: luxury hotel in the rabat old town — half-board. You receive a written itemised quote before paying anything — no hidden fees.

How long is this tour and when does it depart?+

13 Days, departing on the dates you choose — there is no fixed schedule, because every departure is arranged for you alone.

Is this a group tour or private?+

Fully private: your own vehicle, driver and licensed guide, never seat-in-coach and never mixed with other travellers. The daily pace flexes around you.

What exactly happens in a hammam?+

Steam room, black-soap lather, a serious kessa-glove scrub by an attendant, rinse, and often a rhassoul clay or argan finish — 45 minutes to an hour, and you emerge polished. Spa hammams are private and bookable; neighbourhood hammams are cheap, sociable and bring-your-own-kit.

Is the hammam mixed or separated?+

Public hammams are strictly separated by sex (by room or by hours). Private spa hammams offer couples sessions — the honeymoon favourite — and single sessions with same-sex attendants on request.

What should I bring or wear?+

In a spa hammam everything is provided, with disposable underwear the norm. In a public one, bring underwear to wear, a towel, flip-flops and your own soap and glove — buying the kit at any corner shop is part of the fun.

What are Morocco's signature treatments?+

Argan-oil massages, rhassoul clay wraps (the mineral clay of the Fes region), rose-water everything from the Dades valley, and orange-blossom scents from the south. Our luxury and honeymoon routes weave them in at the right pauses.
