Morocco DMC & Ground Operator

White-label operation of your Morocco programmes — for tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs and MICE planners.
Home › Partners › Morocco DMC

The Kingdom of Morocco operates as a destination management company for foreign tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs and event planners: we run your Morocco programmes on the ground, under your brand, on our licences. The file behind the offer is verifiable line by line — a tour-operator licence (1550/TOUR/2018, est. 2011, RC 92543, ICE 002184941000053), a separate tourist-transport licence, our own fleet from sedans to VIP Sprinters across seven cities, licensed guides, and operated references that include GITEX Africa, the SIAM fair, the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations and diplomatic and UN delegations. Net rates are agreed per programme and per volume, in writing and under NDA when you wish; proposals return within 24–48 hours in English, French or Arabic. Send a first test file on WhatsApp or e-mail — the answer will show you how we work faster than this page can.

1. What we operate for partners

Four formats cover most partnerships. White-label ground handling: your itinerary, your brand, our vehicles, guides, hotels and camps — your client never sees our name. Itinerary design and costing: send the brief and the budget frame; the day-by-day programme and its written costing come back ready to sell. Series and guaranteed departures: recurring programmes operated season-long under one framework agreement. And MICE and events: incentives, conferences and launches, run with the transport desk that handled GITEX Africa and the CAN — run sheets to the quarter-hour, multi-vehicle logistics, name boards at the airport.

2. Why agencies choose us as their Morocco partner

Licences before promises: tour-operator and transport authorisations are separate, current, and printed on every quote — with RC and ICE numbers your compliance team can verify. Own assets, not brokered ones: the fleet is ours, the driver-guides are ours, and the riad, kasbah and camp network comes from fifteen years of running our own circuits — the same houses, at partner conditions. Protocol-grade experience: state fairs, a continental football tournament, embassy and UN delegations — references your corporate clients recognise. And plumbing that OTAs appreciate: every product exists as structured data in our public JSON API (/api/), with itineraries, inclusions and prices machine-readable for your systems.

3. How a partnership starts

No framework agreement is required to begin — the test file is the real interview. Send one programme (a brief, a date range, a party size) on WhatsApp or e-mail: within 24–48 hours you receive the operated proposal — day by day, hotels named, costing itemised. Run it once; if the ground work convinces you, we move to a framework agreement: net rates per volume, payment terms, your confidentiality requirements signed as presented, and a dedicated account contact who knows your files. Our existing partner channel already works this way for event agencies and wedding planners through our transport desk — the DMC desk extends the same discipline to full touring programmes.

Questions partners ask first

Do you work white-label?
Yes — it is the default. Vehicles unbranded, drivers and guides briefed under your name, documents in your template if you provide one, and no commercial contact with your end client, contractually.

How are net rates set?
Per programme and per volume, in writing, before any commitment — never from a public rate card. Published prices on this site are retail; partner conditions are agreed in the framework discussion, under NDA if you wish.

Which source markets and languages do you handle?
Programmes run daily in English and French, with Spanish-speaking guides on request; tenders and contracts are answered in English, French or Arabic. Our own clientele spans Europe, North America and the Gulf.

Can you handle groups and series, not just FIT?
Yes — multi-vehicle logistics is our transport desk's specialty (GITEX, SIAM, CAN 2025), and series departures run under one framework with consistent guides and houses. FIT, small group, incentive or series: state the format in the test file.

What does compliance documentation look like?
A complete administrative file ships within 48 hours for tenders and procurement: licences, insurance certificates, fleet list with registrations, references with verification contacts. See also our compliance page — the same file serves embassies and international organisations.
