How do I book a tour?

Pick a circuit and use the booking widget on its page (choose a date and number of travellers), or simply message us on WhatsApp at +212 661 454 738 with your dates and group size. You receive a booking reference (KM-XXXXXX) and a reply within the hour. No payment is taken at this stage.

Can I send my request by email instead of WhatsApp?

Yes. The booking form lets you choose how to send your request — by WhatsApp or by email — and we answer through the channel you picked. Either way your request is registered with the same reference number.

What happens after I send a booking request?

We check availability for your date, confirm the price for your group size, and send back a confirmation with your reference. Only once you approve that confirmation is anything considered booked.

When and how do I pay?

After your booking is confirmed you can pay securely online, or on site in cash or by bank transfer before departure. We never ask for payment before confirming availability and price in writing.

Is a deposit required?

For most tours no deposit is needed — your written confirmation holds the booking. For peak dates or large groups we may ask for a part-payment, and we will say so clearly before you commit.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. Date changes and itinerary adjustments are usually free too — every departure is private, so there is no group to reorganise around you.

Are your tours private or in a group?

Every departure is private. The vehicle, driver and guide are reserved for your party alone, whether you are two people or twelve. There is no seat-in-coach and no fixed timetable.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to four weeks ahead is comfortable for most dates. For Easter, Christmas–New Year and October half-terms, book six to eight weeks ahead — the best riads and camps fill first. Last-minute requests are still worth sending: being private, we can often assemble a departure in 48 hours.

Can you build a fully tailor-made itinerary?

Yes — that is most of what we do. Use the Plan your journey form or send us your dates, interests and pace on WhatsApp, and we come back with a route sketch and price. Any published circuit can also serve as a starting draft to stretch, shorten or reshape.

Question 10

How are your prices calculated?

Our published circuits start from €150 per person per day — so a 4-day tour shows from €600 and a 10-day tour from €1,500. The exact quote depends on season, group size and accommodation level, and is always confirmed in writing before you pay anything.
